In her free time, Gail loves to golf, bowl, dancing, hiking, and attending the theater with family and friends, as well as personal fitness, cooking, reading, and meditation.

Samantha Wargo, one of The Gail Bell Group's founding members, has worked alongside Gail since 2015, assisting full-time in all facets of Gail's highly successful real estate business, helping to grow Gail's brand into the top-producing real estate Team at Compass.

Born into a military family, Samantha spent much of her childhood in Virginia Beach before returning to the South Shore in 2000 where her family's roots run deep. She worked for many years as an escalation supervisor at Verizon, tending to the needs of customers and carefully navigating client objections. After earning her degree in Human Services from Quincy College, Samantha decided to focus her abilities on building a career where her character highlights are put to best use.

In her work, she displays creative energy, and a positive and engaging attitude while collaborating with a vast array of both clientele and vendors. She is recognized for her attention to detail and going above and beyond to provide the highest quality service for our clients. She is professional and organized, with a strong work ethic that benefits those she works with. She prides herself on giving her undivided attention to client's needs and serving them with the utmost integrity.

Samantha is committed to personal growth. When she's not working, you can find her listening to podcasts, reading, researching, or just simply spending quality time with her family and 3 dogs!

Andrea has an extensive professional background working in business development and community relations.  She spent time living in Boston (South Boston) and Scotland (Edinburgh) before settling in Hingham 5 years ago.  Her personal quest to find the perfect community and home to raise her family began her passion for real estate and the commitment and devotion to finding the perfect home to meet a buyer's specific needs and preferences.

In her 5 years as a Hingham resident, Andrea has participated in several community groups, including the Hingham Newcomers Club as the fitness and community service coordinator.  She is currently active in her local school PTO, dedicates time serving in the Hingham Food Pantry, and is an active parishioner at her church in Hingham.

She combines her love for the industry with her passion for meeting new people and forming relationships.  Her dedication to serving her clients in selling and buying homes is her number one focus and she looks forward to being a vibrant part of The Gail Bell Group at Compass.

Brittany's background in event planning brings a unique blend of experiences to help clients buy and sell property. From attention to detail and her ability to turn visions into reality, her skills have proven to be invaluable assets that have seamlessly transitioned into the world of real estate.

Brittany's passion for creating beautiful spaces ultimately led her to delve into the world of real estate. Watching new construction unfold for many years, she has an eye for envisioning layouts and has cultivated a keen ability for recognizing the potential in every property. 

Brittany also leads the position as team assistant, helping the team reach deadlines, managing paperwork and other key aspects of transactions.
